“The service was of good quality, however I have a black box fitted and when I returned home and checked my scores later in the week, I saw that they had taken it for a drive and had scored the lowest possible score for speed, -10, and a low score of -8.8 for smoothness (braking/accelerating etc.), bringing down my overall score for that quarter and reducing my rewards. I also experienced issues with the online booking process.”

The website did not make it clear that AirCon regassing could not be completed at the same time as tyre change and that therefore it would take longer than the 1hr quoted for tyre change.

“I booked the replacement in advance and it took 1 hour and 25 minutes to change it. On the journey home the on board computer showed that the new tyre was inflated to 2.7Bar, it should have been 2.2Bar. Not good enough.”

“Manged to fit me in quick, which was good, but the guy who fitted my tyre was obviously in a rush as when I returned to my car it was a state.

My locking wheel nut is in my boot and when I got back the cover was ripped off and everything in my boot was pushed to the side. He put the locking wheel nut into my glove compartment instead of my boot and to fit it in he pulled a load of cd's out and left them laid all over the passenger sides floor. Not a very good impression.”

Left car there for tyres to be done while I ran back to work but didn?t call or message as promised to say were ready. Still dealt with another customer when I came back to pay. Perhaps my custom was not very valued. Tyre pressure was a lb out too so inconvenienced to go and get pumped up as warning message showing”
