“Fitting two new tyres was good but I was persuaded to have my wheel alignment adjusted for £60. When I queried the subsequent report (which I was unable to understand) I was told that on my make of car (VW) some parameters could not be adjusted. I therefore felt that I had been mislead and will in future go back to the specialist facility that I have always used in the past when I have wanted the alignment tested and adjusted which charges mush less.”
