“I went into Protyre unplanned as I had a flat tyre on my way home to the next town. I had my 2 young children with me. They booked me in and completed the change really promptly. Very polite and I noticed all staff were very smart. The viewing windows into the garage was amazing entertainment for my 3 year old boy too!”

“Well I had my brakes changed and pre booked a service and mot for the following week when I got there it was not on the system but they said they will do the service but have to come back a week later for mot whilst driving home I heard a funny noise when I braked thought will mention it when I go again next day I went shopping and heard a bang I looked under my car and the sump cover was hanging down I had to call out my recovery firm who took it off in all?s fair though protyre fixed the problem when I had my mot done so they are good am not complaining ok”

“Booked in for a service and MOT. Unfortunately was about 10 minutes late so they said they wouldn?t have time to service? (Would imaging it takes longer than 10 min)
Asked them to service rather than MOT as knew it wouldn?t pass without a service. They stated they would just do the MOT as it was booked, which it did not pass. Didn?t call me with results till after lunchtime (took car in at 8:45) and then said too late to fix anything or service it.

“After a free winter check a problem with the reversing lights was identified. Further investigation showed that it was an electrical problem that they were unable to fix and so they liaised with one of theor contacts and arranged for the work to get done. All staff were great and as a younger woman I found the environment welcoming and in no way patronising. Would definitely recommend!”

“I had an online booking for 10:30. As requested I arrived at 10:15 and the tyre fitter started and carried out the work required straight away. I'm not sure they prefer online bookings though. In the past I have always driven too and used Micheldever Tyres for the Motorcycles and Car.”
