“wouldn't store tyres I brought from them , it was only for a week, odd for a tyre stockist, told me they don't change indicator bulbs and because mine could be changed but they popped out of the wing from the front or back, I changed them myself and I don't work in a garage? told me to change my orange bulbs to orange bulbs? they told me a working part I had on the car was faulty and told me to order a £120 part that I didn't need,i had already checked this faulty part, it wasn't broken. all I needed was a £24 spring, they don't talk to each other there, didn't call me when they said they would I had to call them. more than likely wont be going back or recommending. not everyone who owns a vehicle is stupid and just pays out, hence why I had already ordered the £24 spring, the inconvenience caused searching for ordering collecting supplying returning a part I didn't need was silly.”

Only problem / complaint ( I bought a pair of Good Year tryes), one tyre fitted is made in Poland, the other is made in Germany. It would have been nice if a pair of tyres fitted, came from the same country.”

So I have to now, take my van to the Garrage again to get the other tyre replaced, which is inconvenient and will cost me time. One tyre with less wear than the others will impair the fuel economy, something these guys say they have in mind.”

“Would certainly recommend them on quality of service and price. We have always had our MOT, and tyres done here, but this was the first time for a service. We did have to phone to find out if the car was ready, though we were told we would receive a phone call. I believe there was an issue with internet and phones on this day, which may have affected this.

“After taking my time comparing deals and finding that Protyre were as competitive as anyone, I called in to my local branch (Protyre Southampton Burgess Road) and ordered 4 new tyres and arranged to have them fitted the next day. The service was excellent and the manager could not have been more helpful – so much so that I recommended my sister – who also needed 4 new tyres – also have them fitted at the same time as me. Next day we both had the new tyres fitted and once again the local manager was very attentive and helpful and the new tyres were fitted quickly.
