“I had a slow puncture on passenger side rear wheel which I reported, work was carried out on drivers rear wheel as that was only leak they could find between tyre and rim and I was charged £25 which was a bit annoying as you had only replaced the two rear tyres in September. Returned 5 days later with slow puncture on passenger side rear wheel as before and this time a puncture was found, it was not repairable and a new tyre was fitted cost £70. I knew it was the passenger rear wheel as I had to re-inflate it twice as it took approx. five days to loose approx. 5 bar. This is the first time I have had any problems with your company.”

“I took the car in for a tracking check and brake leak issue. After discussing the outcome of both of these checks I also decided on a full service. The team were professional and accommodating. Due to the work needed I was not happy to continue driving the car. But they worked to get it sorted and ready for me to collect by the end of the day.
I am happy with the work that had been carried out and from what I can tell it was all to a very good standard.

I won?t be back, I thought it was a very shifty operation.”

“Car was presented for MOT and servicing.
At reception, I stated new front tyres to be filled with nitrogen (as previous service/mot, and rear tyres – all had green valve covers). On collecting car, noted tyres fitted with black valve caps. Confirmed at service area that filled with air not nitrogen. Apparently, a 'communication problem'. Solution? car moved part into service area, valves removed leaving tyres flat on the ground, before inflating with nitrogen. Is this satisfactory, is this normal practice? Also, when I asked to see the 'worn' tyres, I was advised that this would be difficult because they were not easily accessible. I assume that other work listed, had been carried out properly (bronze service, whatever that is).”
