“Called in on the 'off chance' that they could repair my puncture. Although very busy, they managed to fit me in almost immediately between 2 appointments. However, they couldn't fix the puncture …but that was because of the screw that had gone right through the sidewall!! When I saw the damage I was surprised I'd made it to the garage without having to change the wheel. We discussed the best option for tyres and rather than just trying to convince that the most expensive was best we went through the pros and cons of each tyre make and agreed on a quality rated but mid-range (and price) tyre that was most suitable for my type of driving and mileage …and at a great price!”

“From my first visit to enquire about tyres for my catering trailer Billy went above and beyond in helping me get the correct tyres for my vehicle. I actually left the purchase for a few months due to being out of the country, when I returned Billy remembered me and our conversation and had the tyres in two days as promised. The rest of the staff I interacted with when I returned were also fantastic, the guy who replaced my tyres gave me advice and was very professional. I could of gone elsewhere and I can in future, but, the first class service I received will make Protyre my first choice in future. I also witnessed the professionalism and top notch advice from the team dealing with other customers whilst I was waiting for my tyres to be replaced.”

“Fantastic people, I called in at 7:50am Thurs 28th and was well greeted. A gentleman checked my car and gave me good advice for a replacement tyre.. he was knowlegeable and gave me the confidence to book my car in for an MOT at the same time for the following day.
