“Unfortunately I noticed my alloy wheel had been damaged whist I had the 2 front tyres replaced, the guy on reception has been very helpful and has organised for it to be repaired, however after paying £380 I did except better quality of workmanship and sadly feel disappointed.”

“Do not tell a customer 20-30 minutes then have them sitting for 2 hours. Unbelievable shocking service. Two tyres were changed, people were in after me and left before me. The guy behind the desk couldn't find my car key, and so said they were still working on my car when they clearly weren't. And he put my address in wrong, I asked to be put on account yet he made me pay for it. Very unhelpful.”

“I've been using Denton Tyres for thirty years for my tyre requirements and always had excellent service at good prices, on this occasion however, I phoned the depot ( Sheffield St ) to check how busy there were in case of long delays, and was told not too busy, however when I got there there were three customers waiting, but I decided it might not be too long until I was served, however, it took over an hour before I had my two tyres fitted, … the longest I've ever had to wait … I hope this was the exception rather than the rule … and two of the three ahead of me we're still waiting when I left !”

“I have taken my car in to have the tyres checked several times (I think 4!) since July this year as I was aware that three of the tyres were coming up for replacement (from MOT report). I was advised on the first 2 checks that they didn?t need to be replaced yet and given advice on mileage and when to come back for rechecking. Even when I brought the car in with a foreign body stuck in the (newest) tyre they fixed the puncture rather than sell me a new one. So when they told me on my last visit that my three tyres needed replacing I was confident that I was getting best advice and service, because I get that every time I visit.”

As the premises was quite busy, I decided to leave the car for them to get on with the tyre swap, and the advised wheel alignment work.
