“Online booking service slots are ignored, garage works on a first come basis despite booking time slots meaning that even if you turn up on your booked in time a simple tyre change can take over an hour, especially given the copious smoking breaks the staff take. Front desk staff were excellent.”

“Purchased 2 run flats to be fitted. The fitting itself was pretty quick, car was ready 45 minutes after dropping in on Saturday lunchtime. However when I got in to my car in the evening the front left had no air in it. I am an Uber driver and was unable to work that night due to this. As Protyre are closed on Sunday, I went to Kwikfit they discovered that air was escaping because the valve hadn't been fitted properly, the nut needed to be tightened. It was a 2 second job however cost me it cost me £250 on lost earnings plus the cost of the tyres itself. Not what you'd expect from a company of this size and reputation. Wont be returning in a hurry.”

The service was okay. At one point there was 4 people on the main desk and I was stood there for about 5+ minutes before someone actually spoke to me to give me the paperwork i had to wait for once the tyres were replaced. Could have been better but I appreciate it's gets busy”
