“I've given you a 4* but it wasn't the best experience on this visit. You had IT problems so your lines to take online payment after having the tyres fitted were down. After trying on and off for nearly 30 minutes I was forced into a 15/20 minute round trip to get cash from my bank.
The staff member was very apologising but it was annoying all the same.”

When I arrived the car was taken straight in and the new tyres fitted, the tracking was then checked and found to be slightly out, this was then adjusted.
