“I have used protyre and numerous amount of times over the years, as iv had a series of issues with my car. The service they provide is brilliant and they go out of their way to help. They are a lovely friendly team and I recommend them to anyone as I will continue to use their services. Was pouring rain and entered the office and was told I would have to go back and wait in my car until 8:30 to enter the office. Was a bit annoyed. But other than the initial unfriendly greeting the service was good.”

“The service on Bank Holiday Monday was exceptional. I burst a tyre and as I only have a repair kit it was not possible to repair, so i had to be towed to a garage, I rang to be advised that the time I would arrive the garage would be shut. Owen offerd his mobile number so that when I and the tow truck arrived later in the evening he would come back and secure the car overnight and repair it in the morning. That is what I call exceptional customer service.”
