I left my car with them on a Saturday morning but couldn?t make it back in time to collect before you closed, so asked if you minded keeping it until the Monday morning. Not a problem!!
It wasn?t until later on that day I realised I had my father in laws house keys in the car and was due to collect him from the airport on the Sunday evening!! A quick post on Facebook and I got hold of Martin who dropped what he was doing to meet me at Elmbridge to let me grab the keys!
Saved me a lot of hassle, amazing customer service and Martin is a credit to you!”

“The guys 'on the floor' were efficient but I would have appreciated reception acknowledged my arrival, the experience could have been a little more welcoming. Potential customers should at least be acknowledged as several customers walked in to the office and then walked onto the floor to speak to technicians as they didn't realise there was anyone around.”

I booked the work in with Elmbridge as I always have my tyres done with them, and got a call to say only 2 needed changing and they?ll sort a refund for me for the other tyre. “Excellent service from start to finish. I walked inwith no booking late afternoon and was dealt with immediately. I was due to drive a 400 mile round trip the next day so was keen to have tyres checked and replaced if necessary. 2 were on amber with about 2000 miles to go, but for peace of mind and regarding weather conditions I.e. very wet and slick, I opted to have them replaced. This was done straight away plus wheel balancing etc. Was also happy with the price and value for money.”

“Don't take a job on that then queues up for 2 hours without telling the customer it could be this long.
I arrived at your site with a very slow puncture (actually not that urgent), was told – "No problem, take a seat, where's the locking wheel nut…."
2 hours later, still waiting and really annoyed.
Offered a coffee after about an hour and a half, your guy was even embarrassed to ask me, but that was cold comfort after that long quite honestly.
If you were too busy, tell me, I'm more likely to stay a customer if I just leave and come back later! Now i'm annoyed enough to waste even more time on Elmbridge.”

“Called in on a Saturday. Very knowledgeable, approachable and helpful staff who gave great advice and went out of their way to provide a great service. Left vehicle with them and as promised the work was done whilst I went shopping elsewhere. I thought that the prices were very reasonable too. Must point out that for the second time in a couple of months I was advised that my tyres were still legal and I didn?t necessarily have to change them for another couple of months. I really appreciate that kind of honesty and still went ahead with new tyres just for performance and peace of mind.”

“I recently had a Gold Service, MOT, Brakes and 2 Tyres…..

Wrong Service intervals inputted (Had to be adjusted after I discovered), Black dirt marks on the interior and exterior of the car.

Tyre pressures not checked with the gold service even when the box was ticked to say it had. (Tyre pressure warning came on 2 days later)

To much oil added to the car, had to return and have this removed. Oil marks off clothes/ hands on the second visit.

Battery fault for key started which I was advised of when collecting the car. Changed the battery and the fault continued. This fault has now stopped. (May be a coincidence)”
