The van failed and we were quoted a price which when the work was done was over the top figure quoted

The work was carried out to a good standard as usual but the same cant be said for the level of cleanliness the van was left in

Once we had the van home we noticed oil marks on the bumper and greasy finger prints over the number plate and also dirty oil marks within the cab on the doors and steps

As you would expect vehicle maintenance can be dirty but hopefully adequate steps should of been in place to prevent dirt and oil marks”

“My MOT and service were carried out and I was kept informed of when my car was ready.
When I collected it I noticed that it wasdrivung slightly differently but I was not concerned, when I drove the car again two days later, there was clearly an issue.
On my return from my journey, I took the car straight back. A gentleman looked at it, and as it was close to 5 pm, asked if I could leave it. I was happy to do so and by 9.30am the next day, the fault had been found and fixed. I picked it up towards the end of the day and all was well, with no additional charges as a new spark plug was faulty and had needed to be replaced. Fast and efficient service.”

“Customer care..Make the customer welcome , they don`t..Reception wasn`t bothered no hello or made to feel welcome ,Wheel stud was broken , fair enough but were not bothered about how i was going to fix it?? Drove out without a stud as they didn`t offer anything to fix it , was a land Rover they could not balance the wheels , there was another device that could have been used but were in a rush and again couldn`t be bothered..Didn`t offer a solution drove off with unbalanced wheels..Asked several times for a price on tubes didn`t get it , was ignored it was on the final bill only..One of the mechanics said they were included with the wheels??Whe delivered..”
