“I took my vehicle in to have 4 new tyres fitted, with wheel balancing. I sat in waiting room for approximately 45 minutes while they did the job. I was then informed my front drivers side wheel would not come off, due to the wheel locking nut being worn. Strange really, all the others came off easily. They changed the tyre with the wheel still on, and I can't imagine how they were able to balance it. I may be mistaken, but I was charged, and believe it didn't happen. I was left without a wheel locking nut adaptor, a front wheel that cannot be removed, and no way of getting any of the other wheels off if need be. They said they would contact me and get someone to drill the locking wheel nut off! That was 5 weeks ago. So, I now drive a car and have no way of removing the wheels. Thanks to Barry and Wilkinson and Protyre.”
