“I have always been a Protyre customer, when I lived in Hampshire and now in Dorset. Luckily i don't have to drive so far to Charminster. I wasn't disappointed by the service. The guy I spoke to on the phone gave his name to quote when i got to Garage and he checked all my tyres and gave me a great price. All the staff were helpful and professional. My only comment is that the representative could have been a little warmer in his greeting etc. Smiling costs nothing! All in all would recommend however.”

Should it not of failed on the fact my windscreen water squirters do not work, but this was not picked up by anyone”

“When i went to an appointment to have two tyres fitted which was made days in advance when i got there the tyres were not, having made a twenty mile journey
so i had to go back two days later the manager was very helpful so overall i made a 80 mile journey so i probably lost out financially when i got in touch with head office they didn't offer to reimburse me in anyway shape or form”

“My car failed MOT after arranging for the work to be done I received a phone call to say that there was possibly a repair that could be done rather than replacing a part which was otherwise working. I was astounded that I was being offered a cheaper option. I also rang on the morning that the work was being done and asked if someone could remove the rear windscreen wiper nut as it had seized. Having recently moved to the area this garage was recommended to me by a friend and I can see why. I will definitely be using them again. The whole process was made so simple and didn?t cost the Earth.”

Called regional manager to report incident. They were excellent,very apologicand reassuring. Was told to expect a call from the senior manager but still awaiting phone call. And after experiencing all of this they took my payment in full £200.”
